▪   In 2006, the district's board of directors voted to begin imposing user fees in 2008 and stop drawing local government dollars.

▪  The amended resolution reads, "The Three Rivers Solid Waste Management District shall collect the twelve dollars ($12.00) user fee through an in house billing system which the District shall send out periodic bills which shall be payable thirty (30) days from the date they are received ."
